TERMS OF SERVICE
BASIC POLICY
✧ This purchase is a digital good only.✧ Commissioned works are for personal use ONLY. Commercial works will be charged at a 1.5x to 2x rate.✧ Must state whether it is for commercial use or personal use✧ Payment will be going through PayPal in USD price.✧ Payments must be full up front before starting on any work✧ The creator (Nana) holds a right to reject a commission for any given reason. (Commissions are full, too complex character, inexperience etc.)✧ Can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
REFUND POLICY
✧ A full refund will be given if the seller cancels the commission before starting to work on it.✧ There are no refunds offered for both works that have already started and for finished commissions.✧ If clients did not reply after receiving the sketch preview after a week, the slots will be removed for the client.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Clients must not:✧ Remove my watermark on the work created✧ Claim the work as their own✧ Use it for anything other than personal use, unless it was commercially commissioned✧ Reproduce, republish or use this copyrighted artwork in profitable means
